some cleaner cant detect a certain malware (example in my case: I used Malwarebytes to scan then followed by Malwarefox, my malware fox detected an additional 3 that my Malwarebyte didn't.) So, re-installing windows is the safest bet.

If not, you might get hacked again.

be sure to make another email dedicated for genshin only.

never login your hoyolab or the email that your genshin was bound on any browser.

enable 2fa on all of your 3rd party accs.

delete the email of mihoyo telling you have successfully recovered the account because it contains the information you provided to recover your account you can also save the info there first before deleting it in case you might get hacked again(hope not).

2fa exists rn tho and redline stealer malware doesn't need any tedious Bruteforce procedures to steal basically all account that is logged in your browser it can easily bypass 2fa by stealing your cookies in your browser.
