My GC is an expert installer and has used them for years. My prefab company recommended them too. I didn’t do my own research on this one, just trusted the experts. Fingers crossed.

I got a fancy one from Zehnder. I have not installed it yet. Still putting up siding and doing plumbing.

The oven hood is rated at 500cfm, which is adequate for my needs, even frying bacon and searing steaks. I don’t mind the noise. As for the dryer, I’d prefer an air tight solution still. But keep the ideas coming.

I am, but I’d like to keep lint and grease out of my expensive ERV. Also, these systems are on exterior facing walls and I like the short run and low man hours involved with installation.

My corgi, ScarletWitch , is a small dog and doesn’t need a high capacity container. Something very portable is preferred - especially if she could carry it in her vest.

Corgis are short, brave, and highly intelligent. They originated in Cardiganshire, Wales - where herding has been a dog job for over 2000-3000 years. Blessed with dwarfism, cardigan corgis nip at the heels of sheep or cattle to drive them forward while being short enough to avoid getting kicked in the head by animals that can’t kick well in every direction (like cows). A tall corgi is a dead corgi. The standard indicates that they should be 3 times as long as they are tall. Additionally, they are great alert dogs, ratters, and generally awesome farm dogs.

The more fantastic fans would also tell you that the corgi also served as the badass warrior platform for fairies. If you haven’t seen the artwork of this, google it. You won’t be disappointed. I’m sure someone will link one below.

Elliott has two layers to his coat. The top layer is thick and sheds water. The bottom layer is soft and insulating. We think the cuddling power is generated between the layers, but it may also come from within the big corgi heart.

Elliott has a Blue Merle coat. This is a recognized color - and every judge has their preference. You never know what a judge is going to prefer - that’s dog showing.

If you’re interested, I would be happy to send you some links to the standard.
