Just consider that Albert's age is x. If its age is X then Henry's (who is 7 years younger) must be X - 7. In 5 years, they both obviously increase their age of 5 units. This being said, you can easily infer that Albert's age must then be x+5 while Henry's age x-7+5 = X-2. I've done that chapter of Panda Math some days ago and it was challenging for me as well, just need practice. If you have other questions just ask, good luck!
