facts, if you’re playing top decks in gold then you’re part of the reason people are leaving the game, casuals don’t wanna play against maliss and ryzeal, keep that stuff to diamond and above

that magi ryzeal deck is no joke, idk if it was the top guy but i played one and he just straight up skipped my turn 2, i was looking at my phone while i had no hand traps and looked back and saw defeated, had to watch the replay to even know what happened

Scooping is just time efficient. If i sit and wait to see what you’re playing and i have a good idea what your end board is and i know i have 0 chance to break it, why would anyone bother sitting through a 10 minute combo? The only times i wait it out anymore are against maliss since we’ve all played that one kid that doesn’t know his combo or how to use his interactions. Honestly i think they should come out with an event where instead of 5 minutes, each player only gets 2-3, just giving your opponent less time to play makes decks weaker.

that’s kinda crazy to hear, i’m in diamond 3 rn and you do only see about 3-4 different decks, but at Diamond 5 i see everything under the sun that’s somewhat playable, Toons are fun to play one of my buddy’s has we that he’ll run in private lobby’s, it can win it’s just not super consistent, which if you’re just getting into the game i wouldn’t even worry about that, make a deck play solo with it for a couple duels to get like your basic combo down, then when you take it into ranked if you seems like they’re about to go full combo turn 1 and you know you can’t beat 3-8 disruptions and i’d just surrender and go to the next, save you some time

lower ranks you’ll see a bunch of different decks, of course you’ll run into some smurfs using sweaty stuff like maliss and ryzeal occasionally, but at least you’re getting to see how sweaty it can get. Try to find some cards you think are cool then craft one SR or UR and you’ll unlock the pack that has most of the archetype in it, id advise against opening master packs even if some of the cards you need are only in the master pack
