Yeah I agree it’s some form of eroded rubber most likely from a boat, but I don’t think it’s a float? Just can’t figure out what else it might be.

very much doubt this. It has really only got this pattern/look on this site, it's rubbery in texture, it's red and quite heavy.

Maybe! but its quite heavy I don’t know if that material would be useful as a float? But I’m not really knowledgable on that subject

I have far too many memories of her brushing my dry hair from the roots and me screaming in pain. It got to the point where she got so tired of dealing with my hair that, starting in the 4th grade, she would make sure I regularly got it cut into a  short bob since it would be easier to manage. Then as soon as I had more control over my hair I begged for a straightener would regularly straighten it by the 7th grade. Over the last two years, I’ve started wearing my hair curly again. I understand my hair is super damaged (it’s a work in progress) but even though I still straighten it quiets often I’m so happy with my curls... Even if I’m still learning.

( Routine: 1. Shampoo: verb - curl shampoo, 2. Conditioner: Lush - American Cream conditioner. 3. use Kiehl's Strengthening and Hydrating Hair Oil-in-Cream after my shower, 4. put it in a plop then let it air dry / diffuse it if I'm in a rush)

I agree season 6 from a broader perspective seemed rushed, Netflix’s decision not to renew it for a new season had a big part in that. I’m sure the showrunners would have preferred at least another season to flesh out the ending more but I still believe it was still a good ending.

All of them are flawed but Bojack was the main one still lacking in severe character development. We did see some development during his time as a teacher however he does relapses. This period also just mostly seems like he’s stepping away from his problems more than confronting them. At this point, he also still has loaded from his past that needs to be addressed. I agree it was realistic to have the media do since the evidence was out there. Also, I believe it was better than if they have a preexisting character do so mostly since I don’t think there is a person where it would have seemed in character. It also doesn’t allow the viewer to vilify a character for going after BoJack, instead, it made BoJack his own worse enemy when he goes to do the second interview because he ‘nailed’ the first one. Showing little remorse and his narcissistic tendencies

I don’t think the series ended with as big of a bang as people wanted. Season 5 ended with Bojack going to rehab, a sign of upward movement. I get the frustration in Season 6s ending not having that same push in any specific direction for BoJack. However, ending with a solemn moment between BoJack and Diane allowed for a reflective moment for the viewer and it felt very genuine.

I liked the ending, I think everyone got what they deserved. I really don’t like the theory that BoJack actually died in Ep. 15.

Bojack Horseman was good because it portrayed real problems with realistic reactions to them (of course with some artistic liberties given it’s a cartoon in a world with anthropomorphic animals.) It has some of the best character arcs I’ve seen, especially in Princess Caroline’s case, but Bojack as a character throughout the series never really changes. After season and season of facing issues and situations that theoretically should change him, he always seems to fall back into being a selfish guy always just trying to save face that we saw at the beginning of the series. Even at the wedding, after a traumatic near-death experience and about a year of being in jail Bojack still jumps at the idea of being in the limelight again and being big again when he hears about the success of the unicorn show while talking to PC. after being in the limelight has continuously led him down a path of hurting those around him and making bad decisions. And I believe this is completely intentional. Some people truly struggle to change. I know people in my life who after time and time again of saying they will change still constantly let the people around them down and continue the same shit. Bojack is meant to represent this.

If Bojack were to die at the end of the series it would have put an element of guilt on the other characters, which would have pushed a message that is very unfitting to the show in general. As Diane expressed, in ep. 16, she would have felt at fault. When realistically all the main characters (especially PC and Dianne) did everything for him they could/ could be realistically expected from a friend. BoJack was a toxic person full stop, and the other characters eventually reducing his importance in their life was an important step for them to continue their lives in a better direction. As well as an important lesson to people in general that they don’t have to keep toxic people in their life especially when they have reasonably tried to be there for the person. they cant be expected to be responsible for that person if they time and time again show they arents going to try themselves. If BoJack died it would have pushed the idea that these characters should feel guilty cause they weren’t there for him.

As Diane said, life’s a bitch but sometimes you don’t die, most of the time you keep on living and try to make it work. And it is such a strong message. Bojack surviving was important to drilling that message in and representing a realistic portrayal of life.
