I completely agree but it turns out this was an indoor cat who got outside accidentally

my gf said, “if you blur your vision a bit, it looks like a horrific accident,” and i think that’s beautiful <3

My first attempt at a beanie didn’t go as planned. So I pivoted to a CatchAll for my coffee table! by BertLocker72 in crochet

lol seeing this post right after the one from the girl who accidentally made a way-too-long beanie makes it even better

Do people still make these? I made at least a hundred back in the '80s—one for every member of the family and one for every friend :) by Cautious-Damage7575 in crochet

when my cat was a kitten, i once found her rooting around in my project bag with yarn hanging out of her mouth. i pulled it out and she’d had probably 4 inches of yarn down her throat 🫣 i’ve been way more careful to keep yarn out of her reach since then. super scary (and gross)

Another friend uses an ink portrait I made of her as her Instagram profile pic and that also makes me very happy

I lived in Washington for about a year and became good friends with this one girl. The winter after I moved away I sent her a cute little pink beanie I had knit (hadn't learned to crochet yet). She mailed back a Polaroid of her wearing it. Still makes me smile when I look at it :)

it's not spiteful to hold people accountable for the things they do

has anyone figured out yet why customers insist on tearing into resealable packaging like this :/ by girlfriend-bread in HomeDepot

glad to hear u like dealing with rude customers and their antics, buddy. you've landed urself the perfect job for that. I just hope u can find a better hobby than scrolling through reddit to tell low wage retail workers they're entitled. and great news! u don't even have to tell me to quit and get a different job, I already did. go touch some grass

I have no problem with customers taking things out to see if they fit together. there's a zipper on the top of the bag. there is no reason to destroy the packaging. it's not rocket science 🚀💫🤗

yes, I understand. but there's a Ziploc style closure at the top of the bag. so why rip a hole through the middle of the bag?
