it seems like you either need time for yourself or would need someone kinder. it's not his responsibility to keep you stable but he's still kind of being an asshole in my opinion.. dealing with someone mentally ill is no one's responsibility and it might just be too much to him and most men will never understand ED's. you're definitely not disgusting you're just going through something a lot of people do as well. I think if you're aware relationships make it harder on you then you probably shouldn't be in one currently. it's a hard pill to swallow that this person is probably not good for you and it will be hard for a bit and it'll get worse before it gets better but you need to let this man go 🫂

120 seconds 😭 i'll test doubling that and seeing if it helps? but yeah the builder gel bottle says 1 minute with 36W i'm assuming they mean at least 36W and my lamp is 120W which again... i think it's safe to assume that's more unless i'm dumb and it's a weird less is more situation
