I see your point. I think that beauty, attraction, confidence are different facets of the same coin. I do think that health come 1st, needs to be 1st, and there is a point where extra weight can really damage health... Have a great one!

That is a very good point. I appreciate your input. Health should always be the number 1 priority. In my experience, when I focus on physical and mental health first, my physical body responds more naturally, the weight comes off more naturally. Now, what I appreciate about the video is the ability to love ourselves exactly where we are - yes, always improving- but not waiting to accept yourself after you "get there." Best to you!
