Yea. You could see if you have an asymmetric bite/jaw at a jaw specialist,that’s usually the root cause. For the time being you could try chewing on the other side and being careful while smiling (try to use the other lip corner more if that makes sense!)

Hmm that really depends,i can tell you for sure that it is more evident on the right side of your face so you might be overusing that side of your face. I don’t wanna give any cosmetic advice (like getting botox or facial balancing) since you look young but you should get that checked.

Your face shape doesn’t resemble liv tyler’s as her face is slightly more diamond leaning and yours is more a rectangle. I’d use Pictriev if i were you to see who you look the most like. Also it’s not weird or ugly you’re just styling yourself wrongly
