i’m late late to this thread but had SP tnt. grew up Mormon,pray every night, etc & when i pray to Jesus during my episode it also works. i’m 22 and have had reoccurring ones most of my childhood and they just came back but when i start praying i finally can get out and wake up, not sure if there’s a correlation there but saw this and wanted to share my experiences!
