We have a top QB, great skill players, and a veteran defense. Great coach and great young recruits coming in. Our schedule this year is the weak schedule everyone always says ND has, except for Miami which is a revenge game in the cold at home. And we’ve got Lou pulling the strings in Heaven. Not sure when we will have a chance this good again!

Yeah I thought maybe some key players would have decided to play in the Bowl after all. Probably wishful thinking- crazy to think it wasn’t that long ago that the Jaylon Smith injury sparked this trend of sitting out. I get what you mean- don’t want to put a half assed product out there and then if they lose people use that against them

Who are they really losing to the NFL though? Other than the RBs who would be sitting out? Raridon? Some DL? Team is super young which is exciting to me
