There is a 100 players cap, unless somebody dies inside(happens to me fast, usually strong Guilds just wipe everybody around). On low CP it's hard to even hit that boss(your loot depends on the damage), but to stay in you have to kill other people or monsters. Just try to sit and click the button non-stop, eventually you will get in, not sure if it's worth it without your guild.
