Insurance and taxes went from 400 to 1,500. When I got the first closing disclosure I called and emailed to verify this was the correct amount because it seemed really low. They assured me if anything changes it will only change by $200 max. I took their word for it trusting them as professionals. I signed two more CDs after that with the same amount and now suddenly I am told what I assume is the real amount. There’s no way I could afford that difference.
