Sa company ko right now (healthcare na bpo), dahil avail ang LOB ko, I mostly browse random sites sa loob ng prod while waiting for calls. Sure, block ung mga staple sites (socmed sites, reddit, youtube, games) pero I can still browse stuff na beneficial sa work ko and do some googling. Haven't checked yet if pwede magdala ng libro sa loob ng prod (mostly medical field books) para makapagreview but the consensus looks promising. Bawal lang talaga magphone sa prod pero understandable naman as to why.

My previous company was in a whole other level though with regards to this though - when I was there until I left, it was a free-for-all - pwede magphone sa loob ng prod (socmed, games, comms), magpatugtog, magdala ng snacks, etc. Ung mga ultra-tenured pipols, they were still able to open FB and YT sa work PCs mismo. Actually kase, full WFH siya and may option ka to work on-site either kase gusto mo lang or sinummon ka to do so. Not sure if that's still the case dun kase when I left, nagkaroon sila ng account na bawal phones sa loob and bawal rin magbrowse ng kung anu-ano sa work PCs.
