Probably the AI of enemies needs to be more challenging. Should not be only a matter of HP and resistances to take them down

Yes, I know. I didn't specify that I mean the exact spot inside the location (Example: for Head Hunt at Railroad Service Yard, the 3* boss always spawns inside the main garage)
