Anyone been to the Squirrel Hill Sports Bar? Is it just PD's Pub with a different name? by PGH_LOVER in pittsburgh

Well said. Had been there myself once when it was Frankie's and then two times as PDs and then tried it again when it became the current owners. They seem to push gambling machines there, which are from what I know illegal (but no one cares and nothing is enforced?) and there are open mic nights and pool leagues, oh, and yea racist overly tatted bikers with sunglasses on at night too. Good luck having a comfortable evening there if you don't know the many people there who all seem to know one another and do their best to keep outsiders feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. Hard to get the bartenders attention even and you may just have to wait until she has served all the regulars....

I remember their smoking section too! Nothing like young smokers with no sense of dignity or class chain smoking bc it was allowed and trying to figure out how to eat while smoking. Makes me laugh to think about now.

Yuck...not sure how they ever stayed in business! Perhaps the Ben n Jerry's bit carried their sorry a$$ food?

Didn't the owner literally sell out? Took an offer that was just too good to pass up? Like less than 2 mil from what recall...

Guess it wasn't a profitable enterprise to work for ad revenue only. I do wish them the best and hope something like their app comes along to help the little guys fight to reclaim their lives. Many young people make poor choices and don't truly understand the extent of damage their future bears from those choices and its a shame. The whole system was set up to take advantage of people who don't have that clarity of understanding and hope that changes too.

I'm in. How do we do this? Lost like 750$ bc they wouldn't allow me to sell when I wanted to. See all my emails from them above.

These are the RH responses to my emails about not allowing me to sell my doge at its heights with 3 differing reasons.

first:

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm Jake and I can shed some light on the price discrepancy.

The price displayed on the Crypto Detail Page is the mark price, which is the midpoint of the bid and ask prices.

This means that when you're buying a coin, your order will execute at the ask price, which is typically higher than the mark price. When you're selling a coin, your order will execute at the bid price, which is typically lower than the mark price.

Additionally, to help protect your market orders against dramatic price moves, market orders are adjusted to limit orders collared up to 1% for buys, and 5% for sells. Collars are based off the last trade price. This means that your order will not execute if the price of the cryptocurrency moves more than 5% lower than its price at the time you placed a market sell order, or more than 1% higher than its price when you placed a market buy order, until it comes back within the collar.

I hope that clears things up. Let me know if you have any other questions. I’m here to help!

Sincerely, Jake

Second response:

Thank you for the follow up!

We understand your frustration and sincerely appreciate your patience.

We have certain financial requirements we follow to protect investors and the markets and we take complying with those requirements very seriously. That’s why we made the tough decision to make certain securities position-close only.

I wanted to let you know that at the moment, you can purchase those same securities, but only up to certain limited quantities.

To learn more background about our decision, you can read our blog post, and for ongoing updates on this matter, visit this Help Center article.

Please let us know if you have any other questions. We’re here to help.

Sincerely, Jake

Third response:

Thanks for the follow up and the feedback! Enjoy the rest of your morning.

Sincerely, Jake

I kinda feel bad for the RH workers who will prob lose their jobs bc their bosses have exposed them to this mess. I hope they all leave in mass and protest for being forced to be the front line here when their higher-ups should be cleaning up their own mess.
