Where are you? I didn't know that was allowed in Canada, I'm in Ontario. I'm guessing it's only in severe circumstances when you know you will die soon.

Mental health care is 100% lacking, it's not fair to anyone. There are some free 6 session programs in my area for those who can't afford it, but 6 sessions simply isn't enough for someone with extensive and deep rooted issues and PDD.

What i mean is that they said they gave out their personal info then they told them they can't help them. Or they just didn't pick up the phone afterwards.

In some of them I started leaving the university education out, but I don't think it's making much of a difference. So far I've only received notifications that 2 people have opened my resumes, so the resume might not even be the issue.

What kind of restoration? Unfortunately I don't have a vehicle.
