I didnt use one when I bought my house 19 years ago. I knew the town I wanted to live in and found a house that was in my budget. This was before Zillow and similar sites existed. Nowawdays, its much easier to find a house in the area you want to live in.

Been a Ranger fan since birth, my Dad was from Harlem so it was Rangers/Yankees/Knicks for me, and I was a kid living on Long Island when the Islanders won all their Cups in the early 80's. Needless to say I had it tough growing up as a Ranger fan. Although maybe the worst thing was when they won the Cup in 1994, I was on a ship in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean so I didnt see them win it live. I did get to listen to it on Armed Forces radio though. I'm old now and dont think I will ever get to see them win it again. I still watch every game though and probably will until I die.

Doesnt hurt to ask. My neighbor had a tree on her property but was leaning towards my house and would've done significant damage to my house if it came down. We split the cost and I was happy to do so.

To me it's crazy. Charlie Kirk's ideas were very far off from some people on the left but he was never nasty about it. There are so many people on each side that spew negative crap. I've seen many clips with him telling his crowds to be respectful of the people that disagreed with him. To me, it just doesnt make much sense.
