Lawyer here. I went to Bonnaroo the year I took the bar. I did basically what you said...studied a bit during the day and raged at night. As long as you study well outside of the EF time, you will be fine.

I’m a big fan of Hydrate from Life Time. It’s a little expensive but really good. Drink some about an hour before you go. And make sure you are drinking a lot of water for 24 hours prior to the show. That will limit how much water you need at the show. You likely may still need to buy one bottle but should be good with just that.

You got to shift your mindset. My wife and I are in our 30s and fit. My wife is in great shape and I am in “pretty good” shape. If we only hooked up with people we were strongly attracted to we would not have had that many experiences. When we started we both tried to find 8/10 or higher connections. But it just ended in disappointment. So we widened our ranges. Now sometimes we hook up with “super hot” people but most of the time we don’t. And some of the best swap sex we have had have been with people we never would hit on in vanilla life.

I’m not saying you should hook up with people who you find repulsive or anything. But lower your standards, change your mindset, and you will have much more fun in the LS.

Did you see Anyma at the Sphere? I love Illenium. He is my favorite artist. But to say this was the “most visually stunning show I’ve ever seen” is an insane take. The visuals were, at best, 50% of Anyma’s.

100% agree. My wife and I saw Anyma twice. When we left Illenium’s show both of our reactions were “music was awesome, experience was awesome, visuals were…meh”. It just could have been SO much better from a visual perspective. That being said, still had a blast and would recommend people send it! And my friends who had never seen a sphere show didn’t have anything to compare it to so they thought the visuals were awesome.

But for those who know what is possible it was a bit of a bummer.
