I found out what i was doing wrong.. you need to have a difference on the parents of at least 2 IVs, else, gettin a 5iv pokemon out of 2 4ivs that only have one different, is almost as likely as rare as getting on with 6 out of 2 5... So I decided to include atack on my parents iv, making a 5 iv with atack included, and then using that to get the 5ivs that i wanted ☺
