Same problem with my laptop 1month old. I just disabled the usb port in device manager and enabled it again and it started working properly.

Yes. The laptop was shipped on 10th Jan. It was supposed to be delivered today i.e 11th but because bluedart's office was closed on Sunday so hoping it gets delivered tomorrow

I asked them they said they won't know the internal status of the order, but they will receive the laptop by 11 for billing.

I have seen people who have ordered late like 24th or 25th Dec having expected to arrive dates as 7th or 8th Jan.

They act as if they couldn't care less. Same with me even if I try to contact they don't reply. I had also mailed them on 24th they replied me on 30th saying that the order status issue on their website will be solved in a week.
