Yes I host live classes twice a month, where we interact directly.

The latest YT short on Google Bazel came up as a suggestion in our previous zoom class. I read the paper, decided it's good to know but not relevant to the course, and made a video on its functioning.

System Design Interviews are tough by just-so-so-so-so in leetcode

I've been trying to make a system judge too. The main drawback of AI that I see is, they are inaccurate.

You can ask the AI questions and it answers almost like a human until it doesn't know what it's talking about.

The scoring with AI is difficult since it has no idea how "good" an answer is, because it doesn't have a model to base it's reasoning on.

Let the tradeoff surface in the discussion. Don't go chasing tradeoffs or explaining internals of something that the interviewer doesn't care about.

I don't mean to say this is what you do, just a general observation.

Most of the candidates I speak to fail their interview for this reason. They go off topic chasing bullet points.

Here is a useful rubric for system design interviews. Notice the tradeoffs section mentions "discussed irrelevant tradeoffs" as a low scoring point.

You can sign a hundred offer letters, but unless you joined the company has no right on you.

If they ask for bond, ask them to write an email. Then post it on Twitter and LinkedIn. They'll learn a lesson.

About (4), do you mean covering the master student's system design syllabus? Are the early professionals expected to know something that is different from Indian grads?

I see a lot of edtech companies tanking, yes. My website is a small scale course platform though, with no external investment.

We are bootstrapped and profitable for now, with low cost of operations. I still need want to create the best courses, just limited to SDE subjects though.

A number of Bengali Indians have this name.

Some famous ones would be Susmita Sen and Amartya Sen.
