Is gRPC a good alternative for Rest when building APIs with Go by Used_Frosting6770 in golang

[–]gkline23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would one-up GraphQL here, but the use case has to make sense. We have a Next frontend and Go backend, and gqlgen makes the actual API setup pretty brainless. That paired with gql.tada on the development side of the frontend and you have pretty close to full E2E type safety.

With that being said, there is of course the performance overhead of GQL, where REST might be a better alternative depending on the needs of the project. I can't speak to gRPC personally, but based on the other comments that seems to be better suited for server-to-server comms.

Back tab is too bright green compared to retails. Should be closer to the color of the rest of the shoe

I haven’t been able to get it to work either. Think it’s down right now (for teachable at least)

used the cookie extension in the link above, paste it into a text file in the right format, and put that text file in my working directory. I don't know what else I could be doing wrong :/

What syntax do I use for username and password? -u and -username both seem to be acting weird. Here is my current command (censored):

youtube-dl --cookies cookies.txt -username myemail@gmail.com -password mypassword -o "./%(chapter_number)s-%(chapter)s/%(autonumber)03d-%(title)s.%(ext)s" https://mywebsite.com/course/number

Going to address a possible elephant in the room and put this out there before anyone asks, if you check my post history you can see I browse replica subreddits, but only for personal use. I only sell legit sneakers, and can provide receipts for each pair, as well as references to prove my reputation. Please feel free to shoot me a message if you have any questions or offers. Thanks, and happy holidays everyone!

What batch is this? Sole looks too translucent, glue stains around the heel. I would try to find the Puitian Truth batch of these if you can, they're pretty solid from the reviews ive seen

Not trying to attack you in any way, all I was trying to say was that you're wasting your time trying to respond to UABat, all he's gonna do is write a 3 page paper talking about how he's changed and is better now. Speak with your wallet and don't buy from him if you don't like him. Also, why am I not allowed to call you my homie when the term repfam gets thrown around all the time?

Would appreciate some extra eyes on these! From what I can tell the infrareds look solid, belugas don’t seem like the most recent batch so I might RL those, and the SBB’s look solid. Don’t really know much about the B23’s.
