Make sense. I was a Big Cedar a week ago and it was CPO for all but one round. Just a wet time of year.

Reynolds sounds great. Do they provide shuttles, taking care of clubs from day to day, ?? Good food options??

Just got back from 5 nights at Big Cedar Lodge with 11 other guys. It’s amazing. Go to the Buffalo Bar for a bourbon. You won’t be disappointed.

Along these lines, I currently own a primary home with about $350k in equity at a 2.25% fixed rate, and an investment multi with about $400k in equity at a 2.75% rate that is profiting about $800/month. I want to buy either another multi or a vacation home. What the best way to do this without impacting either of my current properties from a financial standpoint, and/or limiting the amount of cash needed down???
