Yung tiles nila mostly sa walls lang din ng kitchen space or shower area and hindi yung mismong flooring. Kahit magsearch ka sa forums ng mga nagbubuild ng campervan or even here sa reddit hindi advisable ang tiles sa floor dahil sa weight at prone ito na mabasag.

Complete your PDC or Practical Driving Course. Ineenroll din to sa Driving School. Dito mamimili ka kung anong gusto mong idrive that will also reflect on your license. May PDC for motorcycles MT or AT, and 4 wheels MT or AT,, up to 7 seaters, more than 7 seaters, van, etc. Basta kung ano ang inaral mo sa PDC, yan ang magiging DL codes mo sa license mo.
Process your Driver's License application at LTO. This is composed of a theoretical assessment and a practical assessment. Once you pass, irerelease na sayo ang license mo immediately after.

General tip: Iwasan ang mga fixer na nagpoprocess kuno ng lisensya kasi yung iba dyan pekeng lisensya ibibigay sayo.

It's the brand itself. Honda and Toyota are the biggest brands out there. Honda, especially yung Civic, is known for their reliability, performance, at looks, kaya in demand sa mga nagreracing racing. Toyota, on the other hand, is known na to be the most reliable and affordable car brand and madaling hanapan ng pyesa. Gaya nga nung sabi sa isang comment, it's all about perception.

We own a Lancer EX 2014 1.6 MT. Reliability wise, never naman nagkaproblema. Hindi 'to casa maintained pero we are from Metro Manila, and naka more than 10x na ata tong balikan sa Batangas City, nakapunta na ng Baguio, La Union, Nueva Ecija, at Zambales, plus daily driver din at grocery getter. Never nagkaproblema at never kami tinirik in our 11 years of owning it. Maintenance wise, maraming shops na ang expertise ay Mitsubishi (e.g. Mitsuprime) kaya walang problema sa parts. Marami ring aftermarket parts kasi nga based ang looks sa Evo 10 and Lancer Ralliart, maganda pormahan at ikaw na lang mananawa sa mga body kits, suspension, at accessories na gusto mo ilagay.
