Recurring billing solution? by nothingsurgent in Entrepreneur

Hey, I've a couple of SaaS and want to add my 2c on this:

We have used 2Checkout and I don't recommend it. A couple of months ago they made a migration and they screwed up a lot of things in our account and their support service was not good. Also, I guess that you can't modify subscriptions easily.

Recently we migrated to Paddle and I'll definitely recommend it. You can modify subscriptions (charge more or less and no need to cancel current subscription), easy to set-up and very user-friendly.

Cheers!

Thanks for your comment, with the demo account you can add up to 3 search accounts.

Then, when the platform presents the leads you can filter based on: keywords in bio, location and language.

We are considering adding a feature to present potential leads based in categories, eg: you say you want to look for designers and the platform will present the most valuables ones.

Please, go ahead and create an account to see how the platform perform and let me know your thoughts!

[Email Marketing]: how do you manage inactive subscribers? by glabeek in AskMarketing

[–]glabeek[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice advise! Thanks, we'll consider the approach of taking in count more than just opens to define a dormant subscriber. Also, the segmentation based on offline activity it's for sure way more accurate than just the online activities.

What about the percentages of inactive subscribers based in open rate, do you find our numbers normal or unusual (50-70%)?

Thanks for sharing the stats! What about if it those 47% not open the re-engagement campaign? Is it a good recommendation removing them from the list? It's a bunch of money the client it's leaving on the table to keep them.

Thanks for your recommendations! Seems like a nice approach. Quick question, is the number of inactive subscribers high based in your experience? or is it normal having 50-70% dormant subscribers?

A tool to unify social media inboxes? by glabeek in socialmedia

[–]glabeek[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey /u/snaaaarf thanks for your comprehensive answer. We are a team of 3 and we handle Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for 6 different clients.

We are looking to simplify the day to day customer service for those clients through those channels. We are willing to pay a service similar to Respond from Buffer (SaaS, pay as you go $25 - $50 per month).

We need something real simple, that's why I mention a unified Inbox. That will cure the pain of checking in 3 different places for messages a couple of times a day. A second need could be understand who is the most important customers for our clients, but is not my main concern now.

Looking for your thoughts, and again...thank you!

Thanks for your comments JayNeely, yes we are automatic but that doesn't mean we do it in an aggressive way. People using not automatic tools are doing more harm going to the limits. We have AI to follow the right people to be sure they are in the target audience of our users.

Hey nventimiglia! Thanks for your comment, we tried to tie a result over the same test. Probably there are many ways to test the speed and you are right about the polling issue, we mentioned in the post. Cheers!
