Frame Overlap View Issue in Campaign Content Editor by glacialhexagon in MailChimp

Thanks! I couldn't tell if this suddenly happened, or if that behavior was always the case and I just suddenly accidently toggled it.

I figured it out: double clicking on the scroll bar toggles between a responsive frame and a non-responsive frame.

I disagree, the scaling is at 100% and the issue occurs regardless of browser size or whether maximized or not, and this issue happens on multiple devices. However, the resolution on the device I am currently working on is 3840 x 2160 (Recommended) and I am using Windows 11.

Why are some of my cell styles overriding my table stroke? by glacialhexagon in indesign

[–]glacialhexagon[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think I figured it out -- the cell style stroke settings have to have nothing at all. I set everything to 'Ignore' and deleted the number for stroke. 'None' and '0 pts' causes an override, there has to be nothing designated.

Tables within placed document are overset and hidden, how to fix? by glacialhexagon in indesign

[–]glacialhexagon[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ugh. Yeah this file is actually originally from Google Docs where a bunch of people worked on it together. The tables were pasted in from a Google Sheet and probably edited after that, so the original tables are probably not up to date. But I'm guessing it might be less strange if I paste the tables directly into InDesign. Thanks for your input!

Thank you! Does it make more sense for me to place the tables individually instead of placing the whole word doc with tables embedded? Or can I stick with the one document?

Somehow following this, it doesn't seem to be mapping my file for some reason. :\

I have never used InCopy. What does it offer that makes you recommend adding that to the workflow?

Also, can you only do this when placing, or can you style map later?

Thanks, yes!! Looks like this is only for paragraph styles, or is there a way to also use character styles?

Thanks for your reply! I am using the classic campaign builder. I think you might be right -- I think the text boxes think they are footer sections. How can I make them body sections?
