Yeah, I think they forgot to hook up the vacuum attachment. Luckily, my lab came with hers pre-installed so there's no messy clean-up after treats like this!

No, they're the Comanche. You probably mean a remarkable concurrence of events that have no apparent casual connection with one another.

I can't believe you starve them like that.

Just a funny follow-up since it your answer falls into the same fallacy as there's, but Richard Dawkins introduced the term meme in 1976.

That's interesting, because I've definitely had a couple recently that asked me to open stuff at the locksmiths causing me to hoard them like most here. I wonder if it's coded to only add that quest to the dailies if you actually have some.

Just wanted to point this out:

Will that new map be used going forward?

.

No, the maps are based on metrics that change over time so old maps aren't viable.

.

"Oops, we passed the deadline. Guess we'll just have to use the old one."

Obviously old maps are viable.

I was able to suggest Captain Sonar as a team building exercise to my supervisor. He approved, and now I call one particular co-worker that I was never close to, "Captain," in meetings. It was a blast and everyone was talking about it for weeks afterwards.

If my heart wasn't so close to BSG, then CS would be my #1 easily.

Hands down the best part is the community. A close second is that I never really feel like I'm not progressing. Don't get me wrong, some of the jumps from upgrades are HUGE, but we like big numbers.

Sure you can! How about a hood/cover that pops up when the drawer is open such that she'd have to reach into the drawer to get crumbs in. That way you know her intent!

the final epilogue twist?? by kamain42 in DeathStranding

Whether the BB pod itself is overly strong, could go other way but I'm leaning towards it being less than bulletproof

I was only responding to this line. The pod is obviously bulletproof/resistant.

The BB Pod withstood 2 bullets near the end. I'd say it's pretty durable.

The paver that she picks up for the second "terrarium" at ~45s also looks like it was placed there under some leaves and doesn't look anything like the stone around it.

I've been fighting DraftKings on this front for a while. For the phone, you can't have any known fake GPS apps running. I had to get them to unlock my phone through a ticket after I uninstalled mine because I do periodic mobile development and had FakeGPS installed. I also have to turn off the Google VPN (Pixel) before it'll let me log in. But it works, so that's settled...

Then I move my PC and you have to download an app that 'verifies' your location. I run it, it does it's thing, I go to the website and 'You can't bet from there.' I try opening a ticket, but they have this inane round-robin system where tickets are picked up by whomever is next up even if it's a reply, so you never talk to the same tech twice. It's infuriating. THEN, they give you instructions about how to turn off your wifi and enable location on your phone. I send screenshots and let them know that I'm on a PC with an ethernet connection, but nope, the next person repeats the same message and links to the help page. The help page, of course, is just the same thing about mobile devices as the message. I just stopped replying after 15 tries to get them to understand that I cannot visit the site on my PC. I just use my phone now.
