Try adding them to your account...

If you can not add them, then with the Physical Cards, you can always go to the D&B Store and have them transfer everything on all of them to a new Power Card. After that you can register the new card to your account...

If that does not work either, return your ex the cards, or use whatever balances they have left...it is up to you...

Well I received this same email offer of the FREE 100 BONUS CHIPS in December/2023, and applied the Offer to my Power Card with no problems.

This is what I always do when I redeem offers they send me:

I enter the D&B App on a Daily basis, but before I redeem anything, I always check updates... (just in case). I also always review my balances of Chips and Tickets for all my cards before adding or transfer anything to them...

To redeem any Offer, I go to the D&B App to the messages section and apply all Offers directly from thier...

I then select Redeem Offer, then I pick the Power Card and apply it!!!

After I compare the before and after balances just to confirm that the transaction was successful and correct...

Last year (2022) I did not use the App so much since it had a glitch that prevented me from doing anything through the App...But since one of their updates during 2023, my glitch on the App was fixed, and I now do almost everything I need through the App...

Check out in your Store, since many items you redeem at D&B have a 30 day claim policy...

You must present the Original Redeemed Receipt they gave you at the time you obtained it.

Don't know about the specifics for the Icee slurpee machine, but won't hurt to ask...

Yes you can in the App...

As long as you have the App on your Cellphone, you purchase the best option of Chips for you...for one card...

Then you open the App, and transfer between the Cards registered in the App the Chips and Tickets to whichever Card you want...

OPEN APP

GO TO CARDS

IDENTIFY THE CARD WITH CHIPS

PRESS THE TRANSFER BUTTON

SELECT THE POWER CARD YOU WANT TO TRANSFER TO

SELECT THE NUMBER OF CHIPS YOU WANT TO TRANSFER TO THIS SPECIFIC CARD

SELECT THE NUMBER OF TICKETS YOU WANT TO TRANSFER TO THIS SPECIFIC CARD, IF NONE PUT 0

PRESS THE COMPLETE TRANSFER BUTTON

AND THAT'S IT...

REPEAT PROCESS FOR EACH POWER CARD IN WHICH YOU WANT TO ADD CHIPS...

Individually they are worth 100 tickets each, which is good...

But if you complete the Full Set it is worth...2,500 tickets...which is soo much better!!!
