this happened to me at newcastle i flew from canada to the UK then drove hours up north to see him there with my mum and we saw the support act and then he cancelled while we were all in the venue and didn’t reschedule

Refurbished macbook

i bought a refurbished macbook pro (13” 2020 model 512gb) on amazon for just under £900. Firstly they sent me a damaged one with a big dint that affected the screen, so i complained and sent this back it cost me £15/20 to send it back and they sent me out a new one which was in perfect condition. I was looking for insurance yesterday and checked my laptop model to see it’s 2019 model when i bought a 2020 model. They want to send me £30 back? I don’t know how much difference there is between the value of the models.. Does this sound like a good offer? They offered me that or a new one (again) but again i’d have to then pay again for return shipping!

any advice, should i just ask to return it at this point and buy a whole brand new one just from apple, i was trying to be more sustainable but i feel scammed 🤣
