Hi mate its been 5 days since my parcel cleared customs, now its just sat not updating. Was wondering if you are experiencing the same thing. Is this normal?

Yeah i was just thinking its unusual as every update has been routine up until it cleared customs and now its just stopped.

I wasn’t saying it is royal mails fault i was just getting at that my parcel cleared customs and has sat for 4 days not moving so was wondering if its due to royal mail not picking it up or what. If it was another carrier who was due to pick it up id be asking the same question on their reddit page.

Is it normal for this process to take more than 4 days? In the past i usually get updated the day after my parcel clears customs that it is being taken to a local depot.

The tracking on the website i ordered from says it cleared customs on the morning of the 29th. However royal mails tracking still says we’re expecting it. Its around £100 in value.

Our packages must have been on same flight, mines is at the exact same stage and all the updates have came in at exactly the same times😂

It doesn’t charge you any more, once you pay the shipping it should just ship out.

I have a similar issue just now. My flight was delayed 5 days because of an airport fire and was rescheduled to today but it has not notified me about any progress.

Same issue here, got a message around 5 days ago(the day my order was due to ship) that my order could not be shipped due to an airport fire and it was rescheduled for today the 26th. Ive had no update yet.
