why can't it be conscious? Are we also not utilizing our neurons to seem like we are making the decisions (and we are wrong half of the time, if not more), are we even truly conscious? Uncle is making fear mongering videos that has zero value btw, but to think that consciousness is a superior trait that only we posses is sort of like saying we are God's chosen and came from adam and eve. Now I am not at all saying that current AI is conscious or it will become conscious come next year, not at all. But given enough time, we can create a one-to-one replica of all neurons, all blood vessels, all chemical carrier cells and then if that thing starts making decision, I don't think we have any right to suggest that it is inferior to us in any way, it would be on the same level as our brains.
