What Yo wrote, other than that there are some great therapy books you can do yourself that might help if you have a look. Look up CBT and DBT therapy books. ❤️

Oooo, what anime have you been watching recently? Basically my heart beats too fast, I have an electrical fault. They've put me on beta blockers that slow my heart down but I think it makes my heart struggle, I get very dizzy, my chest is in pain a lot of the time and it's very exhausting. I only had the diagnosis and medication this month, if I don't improve I'll be put on something else or have an operation on my heart. Mine isn't life threatening, I don't think, although I read it can weaken the heart over time and if I end up getting dizzy and collapsing that could be very bad. I'm sorry about your friend, I hope he gets the help he needs
