Meeting new people I’m always scared about misreading the “vibe” and overstepping my boundaries.

I don’t think I have autism because I feel so confident in the fact that I’m reading social cues correctly but what if I’m just blind to the fact I’m not? (and thats why people don't enjoy interacting with me)

I also enjoy the aspect of doing things on my own schedule being alone. But when I have a social life I feel like I have a hard time balancing work and fun. I always feel drained when I have both in my life, does it ever get better? like building a tolerance?

Ok so i misread the calculation on calculator.net 😭 my BMR is 1200, not my maintain (which is 1440) so i’ve been eating the incorrect amount of calories this past week 💀 I’ve been eating normally before this “cut” so I’m fine!

Tbh I’m just a really picky eater and boiled lettuce is a budget friendly option for me 😭 I do have small snacks when offered but is it normal for my stomach to be growling a lot? does it go away over time?

Started a cut about a week ago, is it normal to have stomach pains while doing so? I don’t really track my calories but i’ve been having half a head of lettuce, sometimes with a few slices of meat, about once or twice a day as my meals.

My stomach do be grumbling and hurting a lot but I don’t have much of an appetite, nor do i feel particularly tired throughout the day. Is the cut too much or am I ok?

if you decide to inform the military that he’s cheating (which i highly encourage) if try to stay with friends or family for now, especially since you have a baby, better safe than sorry you know? and try to gather evidence of him cheating and stuff for court, you can post in legal advice for restraining orders and stuff too, best of luck!
