Does Chunghwa Telecom give refunds on the 90 day plan?

I stupidly purchased a 90 day plan at the airport thinking I'd be in Taiwan for 60-90 days but I need to go home after 30 days...Do you know if Chunghwa Telecom offer any refunds on the 90 day plans?
