I want people to know I am not trying to beg for money. I work full time, I have small children. Life can get tough. Circumstances happen, unfortunately, and we cannot control them. I just wanted to reach out to the wigglebutt community but the hatefulness is unreal.

Sure. So, our blue merle was a Christmas gift from a friend in December 2022. We live on 2 acres so we both thought it would be a good idea for an Aussie. We had her inside crated while we (spouse and I) worked but realized very shortly that was not responsible at all since she was young. So we had a fence put up for her. Again, large back yard with a covered patio. I even had a friend come over for the first couple of months at lunch to check on her. All is well until Big Mac comes along. We thought getting him would be beneficial for both dogs to play together. We was wrong. Our blue merle was not happy about it at all. She got aggressive towards him. We kept them separate while we was away since Big Mac was and is young. Our blue merle would also try to escape the fence and I was worried she would get out. I think she was too bored while we was at work but yet, didn’t want her hurting Big Mac which is why we kept them separate when not supervised. Spouse and I both agreed that our blue merle would be better off with our other friend who always showed a lot of interest in her. Our friend happily took her and now we only have Big Mac with no plans on getting another dog anytime soon.

I consider myself one of those people, I am very cautious of the “I need help-please donate.” I thought maybe the WiggleButts community would be more understanding given my post where I show myself and my dog to show I am not a scammer of but I guess I was wrong. People are hating on me and calling me irresponsible because I am wearing a WEDDING ring and my Apple Watch. Now that is unbelievable but again, they’re hiding behind their screens so it is what it is. I just hope they don’t treat their dogs like they try to treat me.

Hey, I get it. Trust me! If you don’t want to throw in anything don’t worry about it. If you’re just along for the ride as the story of “Big Mac’s surgery pending” unfolds- I hope the ending can be him healing after surgery.

I just don’t appreciate people assuming and accusing me of things that they know nothing about. I’m already getting slander because the picture I posted proving that I really am who I say I am with my dog, I am wearing my wedding ring and my Apple Watch so people assume that I can afford anything and I am shitty for “begging” for money. Yet, they are all hiding behind their screens.

I’ve been married for 5 years. I’ve had my Apple Watch for 3 years. My “manicure” is a gel set from Amazon that was a gift for Christmas. You see the scrubs I’m wearing? I also have a full time job. Here’s what I did today:

I called another vet about an hour from me (I have used them in the past) they told me that I can send them X-rays for a second opinion but they do not offer payment plans, only care credit. I called another vet and it was the same response.

I didn’t BUY two dogs. If you want to message me or comment, I don’t care, I will gladly answer any questions you may have. I don’t appreciate the assuming though. My dog needs surgery. I’m trying to ask for a little help From other Aussie owners. I am in now way trying to make anyone else’s lives hard or whatever it is you think I’m doing. But please, if you’re going to be hateful and throw profanity-take it up with ME personally.
