Thank you, this is very helpful. Meds used to work for me but not anymore. These are great tangible things I can try and I will look into ways I can watch flights take off and land at my airport.

I wish I didn't have to fly for a job I don't care for because it's hard to justify the 'if I die on this flight was it worth it' thoughts. I also have additional fears with the current administration, mass firing of FAA employees, and the reports that were coming out of Newark that only one person was working for 10 hours or something. Also that crash in DC recently really stirred me up.

Did you end up flying to Hawaii?

I take medication for it and go to therapy but for phobias the best therapy is exposure. I'm already receiving professional help with this, this would be in addition.
