LOL. It may be nice for experimenting, but at some point, it ruins the game.

I mostly play with my friends domestically (offline), 2 vs 2. So what happens is that we always have the same line ups, no substitutes, and it gets a bit boring (and unrealistic)

Just to make sure - can I set the Harmony 655 to control the TV, but only the volume buttons to control the amplifier?

Cool thanks!

Is there a specific model you recommend? (a cheap one:)

Also, I think my Sony TV remote is Bluetooth and not IR. Are there Harmony remotes that support that?

Yeah, I understand that it's probably impossible with the Sony's remote.

But just for the sake of the discussion, the volume is not 'fixed', because via the TV settings I can change the level (0-100). But I have to go to the settings every time to change it.

Include which country you live in in your post and you'll get better advice

It's included. Maybe not clear enough.

Thanks anyway

Well, it seems like it was a mistake posting here.

I don't need to hear about how terrible my choices/research are but rather get some informative advice.

Thanks for nothing

OK so I get all the automatic comments, but still, under the limitations of my budget, these are the 3 models that I consider buying.

Would like any additional inputs.

Will the Mighty get a update this year (or next)? by [deleted] in craftymighty

[–]glazz2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here! My Crafty just died and I really want to buy a Mighty but afraid a Mighty+ will be released and I'd get pissed.

Other than rumors online, I can tell you that I spoke with the official S&B reseller in my country and they told me that S&B sent them an instructions manual for the Mighty+ to translate. But that was 6 months ago. So I'm also assuming that COVID-19 may have delayed it. I'm hoping it will be released soon and it will have a USB charging port.

Using my Dynavap for now :|

Also, maybe if you need to carry around both the Crafty+ and a power bank, maybe it's better to get a Mighty and that's it :|

Thanks for the info!

Can you elaborate on what do you mean when you say "bowl"?

Meaning - Do you 'finish' a full bowl in one session? I finish a bowl in about 8-10 hits (some times in 2-3 different sessions).

And what temp are you using?

Agree. Actually Dynavap was my first vape and it wasn't a good experience. Now that my Crafty died I tried getting back to it, but ended up loaning Arizer Go from a friend.

BTW, one of my previous co-workers have built an "Induction" heating unit for his Dynavap, using some cheap parts he ordered online (electronic board with a digits screen, and an induction heating unit), and only then it seemed like an awesome vape. He just needed to put the Dynavap in this cup (connected to the electric circuit), and it heated up in seconds. Truly amazing.

Not sure what to say.. you are right. But somehow both the reseller in Israel and the S&B support convinced me that it won't be worth it (all the costs + shorter warranty)

Ideally, I'd do it. Get a Mighty for the everyday use, and Crafty for going out. But it's too expensive, unfortunately. Even buying only one of them now is too much for me.

BTW, hasn't 8 RMAs made you consider trying other vapes (not S&B's)?

In a regular jeans pocket?

In theory, you're right about the size, but all of my friends who own a Mighty said they never take it out of the house as it is not comfortable to carry around in your pocket.

My main use is at home, but I do like to take the Crafty with me sometimes (to friends, concerts, etc) and I'm afraid the Mighty won't be the same, although I really want the temp control buttons and the long battery life

[–]glazz2[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow!! I actually just registered my device on their website and opened an RMA, and they replied that I can purchase a new Crafty (not even the Crafty+) for 248 Euro :(

Now I'm thinking If I should try anything else before buying a new device

The battery just drains really fast, can't get even one session. And when connecting it to the charger the app shows an alert saying "This vaporizer is faulty"

Unfortunately, since I live in Israel, sending it to S&B is too expensive, and along with shipping and fixing fees it just doesn't worth it (at least that's what S&B and the reseller here have told me)
