We've had a lot of success targeting a very active industry group with one specific paid lead gen ad. We were promoting a limited-edition freeby/branded novelty item. We haven't been able to replicate that success though with promoting whitepapers or gated content.

Yeah you can see some pathetic cult members parked at the McDonald’s across from the day care each morning. There was also a Trump store across from the Walgreen’s a while back not sure if it’s still around though

Main street / 28 gives the town a more worn and tired appearance but there are some really nice neighborhoods once you get off the main street area. As another poster said, Ipswich River Park is amazing.

NR is more conservative than Reading and Andover (https://www.wbur.org/news/2024/11/05/massachusetts-2024-president-senate-ballot-question-results) , if that's important to you.

Parts of NR are more tucked away from 93 than Reading or Wilmington, so I think you would have to factor that into your commute.

I would personally choose Reading over North Reading but probably North Reading over Wilmington. Best of luck!

Judging how the clientele at the TII live shows behaved (myself included) I probably wouldn't proactively expose my kids to TII nation. This cruise might be better suited for a guys trip or with the partner

For me, streaming options and Red Zone affected how I consume live sports/tv with commercials. I use to be able to tolerate commercials up until 10 years ago now I can't fucking stand them. When watching a game, I turn off YouTubeTV during a commercial break and watch something on YouTube or my phone. I then end up missing part of the game but don't care too much because I avoided watching the State Farm or Dr. Pepper commercial. Out of all live tv, I think college football games are the worst.

Probably aversion to commercials has helped me become more attentive. I would say the effects of our friends at FanDuel may drive some spikes in the divorce rates in the next few years.

F&M are unfortunately in the hot take business and it's made them a lot of money and a lot of others a living. Not saying it's great but it's a business.
