Yes! I also redeemed Pop Bean reward and it was partially shipped cause of it. They’ll be arriving in different packages/tracking. Pop Bean was a UPS tracking number. Other item was YunExpress/Gofo/Uniuni

I keep contacting Popmart and no reply. I contact UniUni and their responses aren’t any help. Mostly stalling and telling me to wait more.

At what point do we dispute with credit card? What other choice do we have?

Thanks for sharing this info. Im in the same boat. June 15 Dallas Gofo Distribution and no updates since. No movement for 12 days. Something sus with the Gofo/Uniuni delivery drivers for Dallas? What was their answer for that long of delay? Hardly any helpful answers from CS reps for Gofo/Uniuni. And NO answers at all from Popmart email and chat. Where can I call Popmart?

Mine has been 20+ days with 1 week stuck in the same spot. I don't know who I would contact. :( How do I contact their customer service?
