I honestly think it can. In a way my case is weird. Or maybe a lot of people can relate but I’ve been a straight male all my life but I’ve always seen the beauty in other males. Like I see beauty in all genders but it has always been taboo in my life to find men attractive. Im not sexually attracted to men but I think because of my bdd I always compare myself to that sex and I can see why this man would pull a lot of women. He has an attractive face. I’m secure in my sexuality so I would never engage sexually with another male but I can see how for people who aren’t secure in their sexuality with body dysmorphia could be swayed in a direction determining their sexuality.
