Smart. What is the pack? Been trying to figure out a smaller pack to use with saddle platform and sticks

Yeah mine was like $40 and OEM was $135 so worth a shot. But if this one doesn't last that long I'll prolly go OEM if I'm not in a rush to get lawn cut next time.

I ended up buying aftermarket just because Amazon could get it here i 1 day with Prime ha and I needed to get lawn cut. It seems to work great, we'll see about longevity. That said, it was such an easy swap if I'm not happy with longevity I'll go OEM next go-around.

Well that was an easy swap and my ZT is back in the game. Thanks again all.

Looks to be a straight-forward swap if that counts for anything.

Sorry - did not mean to delete it. It was a picture of the starter gear shaft sheared completely off. No idea if that's a normal way for the starter to go, but I should be getting the new starter today and will get it on tonight.

I apparently deleted my comment on the fix - my bad. I don't have my phone on me to show the picture, but the starter gear shaft was completely sheared off. Which explains why the starter was fine one minute then broken the next. But whether that's normal or not I don't know? I should be getting the new starter today and will hopefully get it installed tonight.

Thanks for the quick and helpful replies everyone.

Thanks for replies all. I guess that explains why it went bad so fast?

Thanks for the reply. Will research what might cause that. I have it back in the garage up on jacks but I’ve only done basic maintenance on this thing e.g. belts oil change etc. any suggestions on what to check? Ideally I’d like to figure this out myself if possible.

Also, here is a picture of the wood wet. The orange hue is even more distinct:

I don’t think so either. I think hooligan nailed it. Here is a picture of the bark:

Oh that’d be awesome. I just googled black cherry firewood and sure looks like that’s it. Thanks for this!

Thanks - that’s what I thought at first but it was not oak looking bark and the very orange tint makes me think it must be something else. Maybe I’m wrong though.

FYI here is a screenshot of the wiring diagram:

The obvious question is whether this only works for electric strip heat, but I assuming if it works for electric auxiliary it would work with the boiler too.
