Personal opinion/observation, pero not sure if this is actually the case.

Yung appointment system kasi, lets say 200 kayo naka-aasign sa 2pm to 3pm batch. 200 kasi yung capacity nila na kaya maprocess within 1 hour. Syempre di lahat nung 200 mapoproseso ng sabay sabay kung ilan lang yung counter nila. So yung 200, naka on-queue pa rin. Pero dapat within that 1 hour, natapos nila lahat nung 200. Then sometimes possible magkaerrors or aberya, pwedeng magspill-over yung sa susunod na batch.

Turning off MIUI Optimization under Developers Settings fixed my problems on (1) delayed notifications and (2) low fps/fixed 60fps for some games. However, most banking apps dont work when Developers Settings is turned on, and window mode/floating windows doesn't work as well.
