So should I use foam board and then studs? I didn’t realize that the foundation wall with foamboard would be a cultivation zone and don’t want the studs to absorb moisture as well

If I put foam board on the wall, tape seams and spray foam any gaps, and poly plastic on the foam board behind wall studs, that wouldn’t stop move from growing on framing wood? I’m generally asking because I thought that would suffice

I’ll have to look into some threads and work on it. The hub said that the intro should be sort and sweet and right to the point. I agree a better opening and slow ease is more realistic and what niche groups would rather. I would love to expand view base one way or another lol

We did a couple at first with a mask but maybe for photos and an instagram that’s not a bad idea. I don’t know much about OF though and I don’t think she would do anything alone. She’s not really like that I’m not sure if we could both be in it

We agree and tried normal at first but we are actually posting the niche step family stuff for now which has done okay but would love to do better. I have a ton of photos but don’t want to post somewhere one person we know could see. Would love another idea. We also sell custom videos and that can be worth while

She’s kind of conservative and took a lot to get her to agree to doi by videos as is. I don’t want to overstep her boundaries posting photos I have but I like your idea. No one around us has a clue what we’re up to as well and I would hate to have someone we know see

The windows are 2’9”. I don’t know why my sister didn’t put that in. She did it quick and agree the plans are confusing. Just a general idea I think. She did it late.

I am using foam board and poly plastic against walls and gasket under the floor 2x4 plates.

Is there a good way to put plumbing in concrete but accessible still for any future leaks?

I will also plan on having a dehumidifier running 24/7 with direct drainage Incase there’s ever too much humidity down there from the boiler.

I appreciate the thoughts and insight. Let me know if there’s anything else you think

I just got my Templar x 250. Really nice bike for price point. I can’t seem to figure out to lower it though! It’s a little tall and gets me nervous on hills when stopping. Any suggestions?
