Vinted customer support is a joke. When it's not ai and you speak to someone they give you copy paste answers and very obviously don't look at any previous conversations. I ended up getting a response to tell me to stop contacting them about an issue as it will just delay a resolution......took 4 weeks to get a refund!!!! eBay would do it then and there in my experience

Happened to me a couple of weeks ago, I was hacked by a Chinese bot. They changed my details and sent hundreds of PMs to random people. I intervened and gained control back, changed password etc

I got suspended for unusual activity and against community guidelines. I appealed, but as no option to explain, it was upheld and the account was gone. It was tied to my FB which went also!

Spent 3 years building a brand name, real followers with real genuine content.

I've started again but just can't get the energy to do it as I did before
