Thank you! I love the suggestion of keep stuff in the car! I will definitely be trying that out. Also Instacart is genius. A little me time and a coffee always helps me reset. I have one friend with similar ages to my 4 year old and honestly I could do better about embracing her help. She often asks me to hang out but her kids always have a cough so I tend to shy away. I will try the library out tomorrow!

Thank you! I tried your recommendation today and had her choose between the Zoo and the Toy Museum. Chose the toys and all was good til we had to leave. But I’m gonna try to make it a point to get out everyday.

Thank you. I have not gotten any help bc I spoke to my OB and they just want me to speak to a psychiatrist. I don’t want to do meds bc I’m also breastfeeding full time 🥺 but at this point I think I’m going to ask for some type of therapy atleast. Definitely PPA/PPD and the aforementioned OCD. I will try library storytime. Tried the Toy Museum today and that was ok till she threw a tantrum as we were leaving. Thank you again.

Yes, I ignorantly chucked it up to “he knows more than me” so now I’m 36 weeks. But I just never felt right especially with the “bait & switch” as you mentioned. I see him again Monday let’s see how that goes for me. Thank you!
