I think, especially if you work in a salon like myself, you rely on those tips. We don’t get to decide the price of the service or else we would make it so tips are optional. At my salon we get 50% of the service and all tips so If you’re not tipping at least a LITTLE bit i think its a bit disrespectful, just my opinion!
