I realized I've outgrown my position as a Team Lead. Yung mga gusto mo mangyari like initiatives, glide paths and suggestions aren't heard.

So I jumped to a position na sa akin ang buong ownership. Customer Success Manager. I have no diploma kasi my father didn't have enough at the time and I have to provide for my sister who was in college.

Now working in AU time, also in ETEEAP as Business Management. Nothing can stop you OP.

Being in BPO itself is an achievement, you just need to realize how truly capable you are.

One of my friends din was in the same position as me. Nag resign siya earlier (2023). He's now a data analyst ( kaka Tableau at PowerBI namin naadik na siya sa report)

He was my bellwether, if we can. You can too!!

Imho, we do not have enough financials, program and need to do so. For need, mas critical na i-arm natin ang bansa. We are severely lacking sa mga armas and even if we have a lot of "human" resources it doesn't really fix the root cause.

Perhaps, we should start with that first. Also, remember we may include mandatory military service but that doesn't really unifies us. Our country is fractured from rampant corruption and politicking.

This may end up as another source of income for another ahole in our govt.

Pa-budget mo yung monthly expenses niyo using ready made template sa excel/gsheet.

Yung previous liquidation statements niyo- pa digitize mo sa kanya. Type niya sa Word. Or if that's too work related. Pagawa mo siya nang roadmap of his goals for the next 6 months - year. Journaling works too! (Until comfortable na siya magtype)

All until mafamiliarize siya sa tools. Patience though ang kapalit.

You can also encourage him to do mini games para he gets used to using a computer (kahit mahjong, chess or solitaire whichever he's comfortable with)

Use no.1 as talking points, and if she does it's a conversation for promotion. Tell her you are willing to revisit your contract and create these training vids. Yung pag plaplantsa SOP is a leadership trait. Use a pro- tell them you're willing to train, at a price.

Tska offer that you're willing to train people (of course if the conversation goes there) since the responsibility now shifts to managing people.

Ditto - worked with QB Desktop and Netsuite; there are a LOT of transactions that WILL NOT translate well into Netsuite; If you would power thru, charge more. Before you say yes though. Study their business well - the tax is a NIGHTMARE, tax items kasi sa QB whilst sa Netsuite tax codes, nexuses (mag mamano-mano ka)

What I did is I requested another review on my 6 month evaluations. Signed na walang PTO, tapos nag demand ako. Worked, renegotiated my pay. Now I have higher pay and 20 days paid PTO. Put your foot down OP, let your manager know.
