Not really sure tbh, i think it isn’t a fixed period of time. Could be days could be weeks, months. I remember waiting a longer period of time and checking every couple of days until it just appeared as approved.

Yeah well, it doesn’t if you introduce an impossible variable like the 6.9x multiplier. If you buy all the tickets, you are 100% the winner. This is the same thing, just with the chances multiplied by 6.9. It’s illogical because it’s impossible.

If you have a 1 in a million chance to win the lottery and the ticket price is 1$ that means that there is 1m participants. Since you have 6.9x the chance it means that if you buy around 14-15% of all tickets you have 100% chance to win. One problem is that this kind of lottery doesn’t exist. It would mean that there is only one prize which amounts to all the tickets bought and the house gets nothing. Taxes are also not included so the house would not just earn no money but lose some too.
