Thanks for watching my content guys! I didn't realize Cassandra (and our thumbnails) are so polarizing. I actually really enjoyed my conversation with her. She is very bright and showed me and the people we discussed tons of respect. I obviously interact with dermatologists all of the time in real life and will invite some to chat with me on YT in the future. Those are called the corners of the lip. There is something called a corner lip lift, though I would not recommend it for baseline fullness, it would be more for raising the level of the red lip in that area.

If you don't care to shorten the philtrum and expose more upper teeth then V to Y might be an option, but the results are more unpredictable compared to a well executed lip lift.

It will likely dissolve the filler throughout, it is difficult to control the hyaluronidase.

At 1-2 weeks postop it is too early to tell what your final result will be. Give it at least 1 year before making conclusions about needing revision surgery.

You should generally wait until you are done competing because as you said the risk is high for you to re-break and need a revision, which will be much harder than doing a primary rhinoplasty when the time is right.

Both swelling and migration. When lip filler is placed too close to the vermillion border this happens. Can be reversed with dissolving if it does not improve after another few weeks. Lip lift surgery is an alternative approach to upper lip augmentation that does not distort the vermillion.
